Seriously? Nama je blogger, tapi blog malas nak update *tak boleh blah gelar diri sendiri blogger..perasan!*

Anyways...

Lots of interesting thing happened in this past few weeks. Perlu ke aku tulis kesemuanya? Well, mungkin segelintir aja lah. Kalau tulis semua benda nanti tak suprise lah in real life + most people yang baca blog ni *kalau ada yang baca lah* sure akan cakap, "eleehh..itu pon nak bagitau.." Well, manusia kan?

Anyways...

Lets start with working life first. Eh? Apasal kerja dulu? Takdak life ka hang ni? Ada... Cuma working life aku yang paling sikit nak dicerita. So, cerita benda yang sikit dulu lah lepas baru cerita benda yang panjang berjela-jela-jala-luddin-hassan.

Alhamdulillah setelah dekat setahun ++ duk bekerja siang-malam, dapat lah jugak disiapkan projek kitorang yang sulung, BoBoiBoy. So sekarang ni dalam process untuk musim ke-2 yang akan ditayangkan tak lama-lama-lama lagi. Bila? Mana boleh bagitau. Nanti ada FANatik yang google pasal ni for sure la akan tau, then heboh dekat orang lain. Takleh takleh. Tunggu aja lah bila. Ok, working life dah habis.

NEXT!

Private life pulak. Amboih, private life tu. Dah macam artis ada private life ni.. Hehehe! Alhamdulillah perancangan semua berjalan seperti yang dirancang. Uish? Tiba-tiba masuk pasal perancangan ni apasal? Haaa! Ni nak habaq mai ni. InsyaAllah kalau tak ada halangan apa-apa, aku akan melangsungkan lah apa yang orang kata 'ikatan halal' tak lama lagi. Amboih...berkias-kias pulak ayat hang ni. Well, biasa lah.. kena filter sikit certain ayat tu. Tak lama lagi tu..tak lama lagi lah.

Preparation so far alhamdulillah. Ada lagi few things yang nak kena settle tapi harap-harap oklah. Both side pon duk sibuk pasal benda ni, apatah lagi tuan punya badan. Tak senang duduk dibuatnya. Pikir pasal tu, pasal ni, cukup ke tak itu, cukup ke tak ini. Haaa... biasa lah tu orang kata. Benda yang sekali seumur hidup, kena lah make sure semuanya lengkap. Nak kata perfect tu, tak lah jugak. Kita buat sekadar yang termampu. Kesederhanaan itu penting :)

Baik. Seterusnya?

Keseterusannya pulak.. apa jenis ayat lah tu? Orang duk tanya-tanya jugak. Lepas ni nak tinggal mana? Rumah lah, takkan hotel pulak kot? Larat nak bayaq? Hehehe! Dekat Malaysia ni ada banyak rumah, duduk je lah mana yang available. Orang kata, kalau duduk dekat 'rumah yang bayaq sendiri' pon elok jugak. Eh? ada '' pulak dekat ayat tu. Heheh! Well, macam aku tulis sebelum ni. Certain ayat tu kenalah di filter-milter kan.

Oklah, setakat itu ja update aku kali ni. Macam agak panjang. Tak apa lah, kalau ada yang sudi nak baca entry aku ni, alhamdulillah usaha gigih aku untuk taip panjang-panjang ni guna mechanical keyboard tidaklah sia-sia. Kalau yang rasa tak mau baca pon tak apa, aku tak marah aih. Entry yang lain nanti boleh baca lagi. Hehehe!

Holidays

After months and months of working, the company that I'm working at, Animonsta Studios gave all of the staff 10 days of holidays as a gift for their hardwork and dedication to the company for completing our first ever animation series. I've spent most of the days resting, spending time with love ones (family and my girl) and playing games. Have to say that I haven't had that much time to play games at home before this. Off to work at 9a.m and coming back home at 1a.m, sometimes later than that, sometimes 'till the sun rises again.

Today would be the 10th day and I'm heading back to work tomorrow. It was a great holiday. I think I had a good rest and ready for another year of awesomeness at work!

Yesterday when it was around 6.00pm, I just got out of the office and headed to Sunway Pyramid for a dinner with my sisters. It was a beautiful evening at first but then rain starts to pour slowly, slowly but then there was lighting and thunderstorms all over the sky. It was raining earlier when I'm still in the office but it stop for a while. That's when it started to produce some rainbow..~! We drove through it though. Seriously! Managed to take some pictures of it. Thanks to SyahirahAriffin for the pictures.

What am I doing right now? There was a shooting/filming what ever you want to call it for a documentary on animation. It will be aired on RTM. Name of the documentary? I have no idea. The girl standing beside me, that's host for the show. I didn't know that she's the host until they start filming your talking this and that. My hands were all shaking while that camera guy was filming on what I'm doing. I'm so not used to be in front of the camera. Then again, it was fun.

kalau tanya orang malaysia kita lah, rancangan dokumentari (local) apa yang selalu diorang tengok, memang tak dinafikan mostly akan jawab Majalah 3, antara rancangan dokumentari yang paling top dekat malaysia ni. nak dapat coverage dari Majalah 3 bukanlah senang dan bukan calang-calang story dapat masuk. tapi kitorang dekat Animonsta Studios sangatlah honored bila diorang call kata nak buat coverage pasal produk sulung kitorang, BoBoiBoy.

coverage yang memakan masa selama 3-4 hari tu bermula dari hari khamis minggu lepas sampai lah ke hari selasa minggu ni. basically dia cover pasal macam mana animasi BoBoiBoy ni dibuat, siapa orang kuat disebalik company, siapa pelakon suara watak-watak utama and so on. nak cerita panjang, nanti spoiler lah pulak (walaupun bukan movie). apa-apa pon, Majalah 3 hari minggu ni (Sabtu, 22 Okt) akan keluar pasal kitorang. so, tengoklah ye :) di bawah ada sikit gambar 'behind the scene' coverage yang diorang buat hari tu. enjoice!

My Kids Award

Some of you may and some may not know, My Kids Award was held last night the Sunway Lagoon Amphitheater. This is the first ever My Kids Award that was organized by TV3 and overall it had a positive response from kids and parents. To be honest, last night was the first time I've ever stepped my foot into Sunway Lagoon after a loooong 10+ years. I used to go there my family whenever we came to KL. I was there on behalf on Animonsta Studios because our first product, BoBoiBoy was nominated for a couple of awards. Even though we didn't win it, we enjoyed being there. Hey guys, after weeks and weeks finally I'm back to write. Not a long writing though, just a short one. I love Sunday and some may argue and disagree with me. "Why Sunday? Tomorrow's Monday and that's the worst day of the week!" "Saturday FTW!". Yah yah whatever. Say what you want but for me Sunday still rocks. Why? Coz it is the second day of weekend. Why I love the second day of weekend? Coz on the first day (Saturday) I had to work or going out (on a date/plans) or something and for that matter, I had to wake up early same as the weekdays and I normally won't have much time to spend at home (wake up late).

Well that doesn't mean that I don't work on Sundays, I do...but it is more flexible on that day compare to the other days. Plus, this Sunday which is today for that matter, is a clash between Real Madrid and Barcelona which is homaigadtheelclasiccoagain! I've always been a fan of Real Madrid. I just like things...white =D

The song "Rolling In The Deep" performed by Adele has been played many times on the local radio but somehow I couldn't figure out who the singer is and the title of the song up until today. I love her (I don't know how to explain it) voice. It's different and interesting. At first when I heard her voice, what comes in my mind was that she is a white female, skinny and tall. But, I scored only one point there. Anyways, found her MV on Youtube.

When I was watching Adele's MV, a friend of my recommended me to watch this 12-years old amateur singer, Maddi Jane that made a cover of Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" and MY GOD she's so talented. Here's a video of her singing the cover.

Gila lama tak update blog ni. Baru aku sedar, lately aku dah kurang menulis. Sebab? Aku sendiri pon tak tahu. Mungkin sebab malas nak menaip? Haha! Anyways, ada banyak juga benda yang aku nak tulis tapi aku ringkaskan lah. Senang orang nak baca (kalau ada orang yang nak baca lah) dan senang untuk aku tulis.

Akhir bulan Mei dan awal bulan Jun boleh dikatakan hari/minggu/detik dimana ramai betul orang kahwin. Aku sendiri pon tak paham apasal lah disempadan kedua-dua bulan tu menjadi tarikh pilihan diorang. Pertengahan tahun maybe. Dekat Facebook tu aku dah dihujani macam-macam invitation kenduri kahwin member, saudara dan orang yang aku tak kenal pon ada juga yang invite ke majlis dia. Pelik kan? Tetiba terasa diri ni famous. Hehe! Moving on. Dalam banyak-banyak invitation tu tak semua yang aku dapat menghadirkan diri. Mana yang ada kesempatan, dapatlah aku pergi.

Baru-baru ni ada majlis perkahwinan anak saudara aku. Haaa! Terkejut kau. Anak saudara aku kahwin dulu dari pakcik dia? Actually, she's the eldest niece in the family. Tua setahun dari aku. Tak jauh beza lah. Majlis berjalan dengan penuh meriah. Perkataan meriah tak sesuailah. Havoc. Yes. That's the right word. It was a night to be remembered by our family. Kalau nak cerita lagi detail, memang meleret lah blog aku ni. Aku ringkaskan saja lah. Weekend ni pon ada juga wedding member aku dan Iera dekat Cheras. That one aku akan attend since hari tu pon tak ada apa-apa sangat nak buat. To members aku yang dah kahwin tu, tahniah diucapkan. Aku? InsyaAllah kalau tak ada apa-apa yang menghalang, akan dilangsungkan. Doa-doakan lah ye. Amin~

pejam celik, pejam celik dah dekat hujung bulan april. nak masuk bulan mei. banyak benda yang akan berlaku dalam bulan mei. ok!

first of all, awal bulan company aku ada buat trip. haaaa! ke mana? ke pulau. last year pergi pulau, this year pon pergi pulau lagi. trip ke pulau bagi aku memang elok sangat lah especially bila kita ni buat kerja bagai nak gila, melangut depan komputer almost 24 hours (tipu sangat aih..). otak jadi beku (tak lah jadi ais kalau iye pon). so, sekali-sekala dapat tengok laut, pasir, ~~awek cun jalan tepi pantai~~, pantai dan suasana di pulau dapat la sedikit sebanyak tenangkan fikiran ni. oh ya aku tak bagitau lagi pulau mana. kalau last year pergi pulau perhentian, which is gor-ji-es SANGAT! kali ni pergi tempat lain lah pulak. pulau tioman. kalau nak pergi pulau, of course lah kena pergi belah pantai timur baru lah enjoy. takkan nak pergi ~~pulau pangkor~~ belah barat malaysia kan?

Pulau Perhentian

tioman. aku dah pernah pergi sekali masa kecik-kecik dulu. ikut cousin tolong babysit anak dia. masa tu aku baru darjah/form berapa dah tak ingat. cousin aku tu pon dapat tiket free stay dekat berjaya resort. berjaya beb! best tuh! tapi sayangnya disebabkan masa tu aku kecik lagi, tak reti lah sangat nak hargai pulau, pantai and so on. tau nak main ja. anyways, trip kali ni will be much bigger than last year. consist of 20+ orang staf animonsta studios. it is going to be a great trip i'm sure. aku tulis lagi bila dah balik dari sana nanti.

next up! balik saja dari pulau tioman, aku akan ke pulau lain pulak. haaa! (hamboi cik noriman ni sakan no pi jalan). biasa lah. sekali sekala buat cuti-cuti malaysia. excatly a day lepas balik dari tioman aku terbang ke sabah pulak dengan family aku. 6 orang ja. tak ramai. trip ni dah lama dah rancang. sejak dari tahun lepas lagi. tiket pon beli tahun lepas. masa tu dapat murah. apa lagi. rembat! i'm excited about this. ni kali kedua lah aku menjejak kaki di sabah. first time pergi sabah atas tiket event UPG Desa IT. itu kena buat kerja tapi kali ni aku mau enjoy habis-habisan. can't wait for the ikan bakar and so on (macam lah sini tak dak ikan bakar).

pasal cuti dan jalan-jalan sampai situ saja. jadi lah tu. kita mula dengan yang dekat-dekat dulu. nanti bila ada duit lebih sikit, terbang la pergi jauh-jauh pulak.

what's next? no. 25 sounds familiar to me? but i can't recall it. hhmm... be sure to click here on 25th may.. =P

ok ini sangat comel. kalau tak salah aku berlaku dekat disneyland (which disneyland aku tak pasti lah pulak). dekat sana ada lebih kurang macam jedi academy yang latih budak-budak untuk jadi 'jedi'. setiap seorang dapat robe dan lightsaber. ada satu moment ni, budak perempuan seorang ni, sarah gallego kena lawan dengan darth vader tapi instead of fighting him, she was down on her knee and willing to join into the dark side which is really cute and AWESOME! in the end, darth vader gives up and has no clue what to do.

running shoes?

i've always been a big fan of Adidas. the first Adidas product that i've own was a dark blue t-shirt back in the 1990s. it was a simple plain t-shirt with 3 white stripes on the shoulder. since then i've made up my mind that this will be my fav sports wear brand. few weeks ago, me and Syahirah Ariffin decided to go for a jog at the putrajaya lake but unfortunately we don't a proper attire to do so, e.g shoes. so, we went to a sports store to find some shoes. she bought a white nike running shoes few days ago, then i've bought a white Adidas running shoes, just now. it was a fine shoes and the price is very reasonable. rm180. to be honest, it is very difficult to find a decent and good design of running shoes for men. the ladies' are fine. i would rather buy a ladies' running shoes than the men's but i can't do that. so after looking up and down on the shelves for almost 10-15 minutes, finally i've got the one that i wanted to buy. so, the jog start tomorrow. hopefully this will keep me fit in terms of stamina and health of course.

dah lama rasanya tak buat photography outing. kali terakhir outing rasanya dalam bulan disember tahun lepas atau januari tahun ni. baru-baru ni ada lah plan dengan Syahirah Ariffin nak shoot sunset. pasal location dah ada few suggestions nak pergi shoot dekat mana. this weekend ni maybe? we'll see.

nef-awani ict fair/awards - best start-up company

Recently I've spent two days at the Putra World Trade Center in conjunction with NEF-Awani ICT Fair. It started on 23rd - 24th March 2011. Animonsta Studios was nominated for the NEF-Awani ICT Awards on two categories, 'Best Creative Animation/Games' award and 'Best Start-up Company' award and we won the 'Best Start-up Company' award. on the first day, only me and our Executive Director, Safwan Karim were at the booth. It was a cold and not-so-many people day. We start up the booth at 9.00am and close it at 5.00pm.

the next day, which is the day of the award ceremony itself has shown a drastic change in terms of crowd. why? most probably because of the Malaysian prime minister was there and has generously spent some of his time to give out the awards to the winners and take a tour at the booths. the best thing is, on that day itself the mascot of BoBoiBoy showed up! yey! exhibitors and participants of the event had the chance to take photos with the mascot. it was hectic. people keep on coming to the mascot for a photo and some of them even hold the mascot's hand and pull him to their booth to take a photo with their team. it was fun actually to see people's reaction and feedback towards our first product. it shows that they support us and we'll do the best to keep them entertain.

bila aku baca blog kawan aku, Azri Ahmad pasal ‘The Coke Obsession’ buat aku teringat beberapa kisah yang pernah aku dengar dari orang ramai-ramai dan juga artikel yang aku baca pasal air minuman tu. sama ada betul atau tak, aku pon tak pasti.

1. katanya ada orang hitam terjatuh dalam tong air Coke dekat kilang, sebab tu air tu jadi warna hitam.

2. Coke ada kandungan alkohol, sebab tu bila minum semua gian nak lagi dan buat orang ‘high’.

3. bila terbalikkan perkataan ‘Coca-Cola’ pada label tin atau botol air tu, ada maksud lain yang menghina Islam.

4. kandungan gula dalam air Coke adalah yang paling tinggi berbanding air karbonat yang lain.

5. minum Coke Light/Diet adalah lebih bahaya berbanding minum Coke biasa.

dalam 5 senarai di atas aku rasa ada sesetengah yang memang merapu gila. Haha! korang pon tau mana yang boleh dipakai dan mana yang tak boleh dipakai langsung.

Yeap you've read it right. from now on, i will not going to consume anymore carbonated drinks. no more coca-cola or what-so-ever brand that there's in the market. this is the end of carbonated drinks for me. i'll try to drink some healthier drinks (plain water, juice etc.).

I’m just sharing the experience with the interweb. that’s all. nak kata selesa tu memang lah tak. tido atas lantai ja. lain lah kalau office aku memang dah ada siap queen size bed ke kan. masa tengah penat buat kerja sampai ke lewat pagi, nak drive balik rumah pon penat so office lah jadi tempat berdengkur dan bermimpi. tak salah pon tido dekat tempat kerja tapi jangan lah selalu sebab tak elok untuk badan.

You know, sometimes being a workaholic a good thing. It shows that you are committed with the work that you’re doing and you’ll do anything to get it done. but sometimes, it could be a bad thing. you’ll sleep less, eat less, you’ll jeopardize your health by focusing on the work to much (in front of computer etc.) and your social life level with decrease cause you don’t interact much will people or outsiders.

For me, I ~~don’t~~ consider myself as a workaholic. when it comes to work, I’ll put 120% into it but I still sleep, eat and take a walk outside of the office or away from the work that I’m doing. I don’t feel comfortable sitting in front a computer for to long as I’ll get muscle pain, headache and what not. my advise, it good to give all you got to your work but consider to left some of it for yourself. now, I’m going to take a shower as I’m leaving for work in the next hour.

Kerja memang lah penat tapi dalam masa yang sama ia amatlah menyeronokkan. Bergantung juga kepada jenis kerja yang dilakukan. Kalau kerja itu menepati minat sendiri, maka seronoklah tapi kalau sebaliknya, rasa terseksa yang amat sangat. Bagi aku, aku enjoy kerja yang aku buat sekarang. Walaupun aku terpaksa admit yang kerja aku ini amat memenatkan, tapi aku sangat-sangat enjoy dengan apa yang aku buat sekarang. Pergi kerja pukul 9.30 pagi, balik kerja pukul 2.30 pagi. Pagi sesetengah orang bila aku cakap waktu aku pergi balik kerja, terus keluar kata-kata dari mulut mereka, "Gila! Kau kerja apa balik pagi-pagi buta?" Iyalah, yang dia tau pergi kerja pukul 8.00 pagi, balik pukul 5.30 petang. Semua on time. Masuk kerja on time tu bagus lah tapi kalau keluar kerja pon memang on time, bila nak maju?

Ada sesetengah orang berkata, lagi lama habiskan masa di pejabat lagi banyak pengalaman yang kita akan timba. Betul ke? Mungkin betul, mungkin tidak. Bagi aku, itu terpulang kepada kerja yang dilakukan. Kerja aku, ya. Lagi banyak aku habiskan masa buat kerja di pejabat, insyaAllah lagi banyaklah pengalaman yang aku dapat. Aku amat berharap akan jadi macam itu.

You know, the best thing about technology is that it keeps on coming almost everyday. New stuffs, upgraded, latest technology and all of those. Keeping up with it would be a bummer but it is not impossible to do so. If you have the money. Haha! Lame joke.

Anyways, one of the biggest tech exhibition is going on right now, CES 2011 in Las Vegas and new technologies and gadget are being shown around the place. I would love to get my hands on one of those things but unfortunately I'm not rich nor a tech blogger/journalist or something for me to get a pass to the event.

When I was wondering around the Engadget's website, I've noticed that Sony has recently announced their new line of Sony Bloggie products which are compact/mini video cameras for bloggers/vloggers can record and upload it to the internet. I had a bloggie once. Actually I'm still have one but not until tomorrow which I'm going to sell it to someone. Ok, back to the topic. One of the new bloggie is that it is capable of recording 3D video! What? 3D? Sony-resly? Get it? Haha! Lame joke. Ok I know I'm not good at that. Forget it. Sony has come on with a 3D bloggie that has 2 cameras on it which I think is pretty cool. You can actually see a 3D video on the internet (YouTube etc.). But I'm not sure how far does the 3D technology goes on a small sized video camera. We'll just check on the reviews later on when someone has bought it and make a review out of it. Sounds good huh?

p/s: was thinking on getting back to doing vlogs but don't know when.

New Year And Birthday [Updated]

It's only a day before the start of a new year of 2011. So much thing happened in 2010. There're good and bad but I won't remind myself of the bad things that I've done as I take it as a way for me to fix myself and be a better person in the future.

A common thing that people would do when it comes to new year: resolution. For me, I have my new year resolution, not resolutions. People tend to have more than one resolution for each year. I don't get it. Why in the world there must be a full list of resolutions? For me it is simple. I only have one, that I'll try my best to fulfill it as it is a really important resolution. What would it be? I'll keep it to myself thank you. :)

Not to forget that today is my girlfriend's birthday, Iera. Happy birthday my dear. May all of your wishes come true in the near future insyaAllah. :)

Pengalaman Stadium

Jalan padat dengan kereta, motor dan segala jenis kenderaan. Jalan juga padat dengan orang ramai yang berpusu-pusu menuju ke pintu masuk utama. Itulah apa yang terjadi pasal petang 26 Disember yang juga merupakan detik yang bagi aku cukup istimewa disebabkan pada malam itu berlangsungnya perlawanan akhir bola sepak AFF Suzuki Cup di antara Malaysia dan Indonesia di Stadium Bukit Jalil.

Ini merupakan kali pertama dalam hidup aku menjejak kaki ke Stadium Bukit Jalil dan juga pertama kali menonton perlawanan bola sepak secara 'live'. Walaupun aku minat bola, tapi aku tak pernah sekali pon tengok dekat stadium. Harap duduk depan tv saja. Itu pon bukan selalu. Rumah tak ada astro, so kalau nak tengok pon kena la pergi kedai mamak atau pun rumah member yang ada astro.

Di stadium, masa itu lebih kurang pukul 6.45PM aku dan 3 lagi kawan aku masuk saja melepasi pintu masuk utama dan perkara yang paling awal kami buat, mencari dimana surau. Tanya lah seorang anggota polis ni, dia pun tunjuk arah dimana kedudukan surau tu. Tak lah jauh sangat. Padahal depan mata ja. Kitorang pon duduk senyap-senyap dalam surau sementara menunggu masuk waktu Maghrib. Surau yang kecil ditambah dengan orang ramai membuatkan keadaan menjadi sesak. Aku tak berkesempatan untuk menunaikan solat Maghrib dalam 'batch' pertama sebab tak ada space langsung jadi terpaksalah aku tunggu untuk 'batch' yang kedua. Dah selesai solat, nak keluar dari surau pula tak boleh. Sesak dengan orang yang nak masuknya dan orang yang nak keluarnya. Terpaksalah habiskan lebih kurang 5 minit dekat pintu surau tu sebelum aku dapat keluar.

Lepas itu kitorang pon terus masuk ke dalam kawasan tempat duduk. Nak cari kalau ada seat kosong lagi tapi hampa sebab tak ada langsung seat yang kosong. Punyalah cari dari kiri ke kanan tak ada juga. Susah-susah sangat, kitorang pon decide untuk duduk dekat lantai saja. Tak kisah lah seat tak ada, asalkan dapat tengok.

Masa itu aku pakai jersey 'home' Malaysia. Rasa bangga juga lah sebab pasukan negara layak ke final. Walaupun jersey aku bukan original, tapi tak kisah lah. Asalkan ada juga. Kali terakhir aku beli jersey bola aku pon tak ingat sangat bila tapi masa itu aku beli jersey France 1998. Memang dah lama. Itu lah satu-satunya jersey yang aku ada dulu. Itu pon ada diskaun, jadi beli lah satu.

Bagi aku, malam itu merupakan pengalaman aku yang cukup 'memorable'. Pertama kali tengok perlawanan bola 'live', ditambah pula dengan kemenangan pasukan negara. Tapi sayangnya tak ada gambar masa aku dekat stadium. Mulanya memang nak bawa kamera tapi bila aku fikir-fikir balik, dengan orang ramai sesak semua, malas lah aku nak bawa kamera itu. Tak kisah lah, semua gambar di'save' dalam kepala otak aku dah. Hehe!

Xmas Dinner

Last night me and some of my cousins went for a Christmas dinner at Tony Rom's. We also had the chance to celebrate Christmas with Michael, my cousin's boyfriend from Australia. This is his first time in Malaysia. The reception at Tony Roma's was a disaster. How could someone that booked a place and his/her name didn't showed up on the list? How screwed was that? We were pissed with the service and had to wait for 5 minutes to get a seat. What's the point of having a reservation then? Luckily there was an empty table that was reserved for 9 people and they didn't showed up. So it was a good thing for us.

It was my first time at Tony Roma's so I had no clue what to order when I looked at the menu. In the end, I ordered a grilled lamb chop which was great. The taste and the texture. A cousin of mine, Ashman arrived a liltle bit late with his fiance due to I don't have a clue what it is. After all of us had our meal, we had a Secret Santa game; which each of us will have to draw a name and give a present to the person that they've drawn. For me, I got Michael's name and I gave him a English-Malay dictionary. I didn't bought the dictionary though, my sister did and she gave it to me as a present for me to give to someone else. Get it? Ok good. Then we had dessert which was my favourite. I don't know the name of the dessert but it was a mixture of brownies and vanilla ice cream which for me was one of the most delicious dessert I ever had. No, I was lying.

Lately aku cukup susah nak tido malam. Nak kata tido siang, weekdays gi keja dari kul 9 pagi sampai malam. Bila masanya aku tido siang. Kalau weekend tu maybe lah. Lagi-lagi hari ahad. Pukul 3+ memang time aku tido sebab masa tu aku dah tatau apa nak buat. Asyik melangut tengok monitor 22" ni ja sampai pening kepala otak aku.

Lepas pukul 12 tengah malam, perut aku sure 'mengaum'. *sigh* Dah selalu sangat macam tu. Macam dah ada limit pulak sampai pukul brp ja perut aku ni dapat bertahan berbekalkan makanan yang aku makan masa dinner. Sekarang 2.22 pagi, memang time perut aku lapa. Cari makan? Kena turun bawah. Malas lah pulak aku nak menapak tangga turun gi dapur. Alamatnya bertahan ja lah aku sampai ke esok pagi.

Kan sebelum ni aku asyik duk merapu pasal nak beli handphone baru kan? Blackberry tu lah ini lah kan? Guess what? Aku tak beli pon Blackberry. Buat habis duit aku ja bayar bulan-bulan BIS tu. Kalau RM20-RM30 sebulan tak apa lah jugak tapi ni RM78 sebulan. Oh yah, aku pakai Digi harap maklum. So aku rasa duit tu aku boleh guna untuk benda lain yang lagi berfaedah kot. Beli lens ke, kereta ke... kawen ke kan? Apa senyum-senyum? Salah ke aku cakap pasal kawen? Al-maklumlah umur ni bukan semakin menurun, kalau iya takpa lah jugak aku nak tangguh-tangguhkan. Lagipun, tak salah kalau kawen sewaktu umur 22,23,24 tahun nih. Ramai ja orang yang buat, so apa salahnya kalau aku pon ikut jejak diorang? Bukan nak menggatal, tapi kan kawen tu wajib.

Bila aku tengok satu monitor aku ni, terperasan lah pulak tarikh harini. Rupanya dah 22 Disember. Dah tak lama dah nak masuk tahun baru. Azam tahun baru? Aku pon taktau. Setiap tahun azam aku macam tak pernah tercapai ja. Bukannya aku give up, tapi bila sampai ke tengah tahun tu, aku sendiri terlupa azam aku. Haha! Tak apa lah, azam aku untuk tahun depan supaya aku berjaya dalam hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Dengar cakap mak bapak. Amin~

I love technology and gadgets. I would call myself a tech geek for that matter. Whenever new things comes out, I couldn't stop looking at it. I would look for reviews on it either articles or videos for me to know all that things better.

Currently, I'm having trouble choosing a phone for myself. I'm using a cheap Nokia phone at the moment. The one that can send text, call and play some 2D games. I wanted a phone that whenever I hold it, I feel proud that I bought it. FYI, I've changed a lot of phone in my life because I can't stick with one phone for 2-3 years. After a few month or at least a year, I'll change to a new one.

What's on my mind right now is Blackberry. I had one previously; Bold 9000 but I sold it after a few month of using it. It was a nice phone I have to say. It is just at that moment, after a while of using a full QWERTY phone I felt that I wanted to change back to a touch screen phone because before owing the Bold 900, I had a Nokia 5800 which was the first touch screen phone for Nokia (correct me if I'm wrong). Now, I have two choices. Should I go for the budget Curve 9300 or the new Bold 9780? I can't think straight. If I wanted to buy a new phone right now it would be something that can last long, 2-3 years maybe. Which one should I get? Decisions..decisions..

Rasheeqa's Engagement

Last Saturday was one the most important day the in life of my cousin's family and also my family. The eldest grand daughter of the Othman Khatijah (which is my grand parents) family was engaged to the man of her choice . I, as always was in charged of the photography and also videography (thanks to my assistant, Iera for helping me out with the videos) like I always do for any of my family's big occasion. Though I'm not the official photographer, but still it was a great experience capturing the faces of the family members.

The flow of the occasion went very well as planned and even though the front porch was packed with people but thankfully the food was enough for everyone. That is the priority of the host, the FOOD! It was nice to finally get back together once again with the big family after the last event which was my sister's wedding 2 months ago and surprisingly, a very long-time-haven't-seen cousin came back from Bangalore, India to attend the ceremony. All of us missed him so much. Congratulations Rasheeqa & Faiz. Can't wait for May to come :)

On the previous post I’ve mentioned something about a futsal tournament that me and my colleagues will be joining to hunt for the cash prize of RM1,600. Yes, we did join the tournament but unfortunately for us, we didn’t get the first prize. We ended up in 7th; which is not pretty bad. Lets look into the bright side. There were 16 teams participated on the tournament. Knock-out match and we managed to get ourselves in the top 8 spot. Not bad huh? :P

We were pretty excited to the tournament and yet so nervous for the first match because we had to face with teams from Motiofixo which we had our past experience with them. No, not bad experience. They’re really good a futsal, seriously. They’re fast, have good strategy and so on. But luck was on our side :D Overall it was a good event organized by SME and they’ve made it their annual event. So, lots of practice need to be done for next year's tournament :)

I’ll Kick You In The ‘Balls’

I love sports. Yes I do. But not all sports. I love sports that involved balls, but not all balls. I’ll make it short. I love sports that involved kicking a ball to get points. Yeah, get it. I’ll make it short, football. Yes, that’s what I love. No, no… that the American Football. That’s no football at all. They should’ve called it ‘handball’ instead. Football… *pfft.. football my foot.

Anyways… Talking about football. I’ll be participating in a futsal tournament tomorrow or today (Friday) for that matter organized by SME which will be held at Cyberjaya Community Club in Cyberjaya of course. I’ll be representing Animonsta Studios who will be team up with another company called Geoflex. It is a knock-out match which means that any team who loose a game, they’re OUT! Frankly, it is freaking me out! Why? Because we will be up against a quite not bad company and we had our history playing futsal previously. But nevertheless, we will do our best to go through the first round and hopefully will get the first prize =D.

'Bring Your Kids To Work' Day Kids Screening

Animonsta Studios were really thankful to MDeC on giving us the opportunity to screen our first product, BoBoiBoy to 170+ kids in conjunction with their 'Bring Your Kids To Work' day. It was a very tiring day for all of us but at the same time we had fun too. Why? Because the kids were really enjoyed the show and one of 'em can even demonstrate one of BoBoiBoy's move even though it was their first time watching it.

Here is a news for you guys. A mouse just attacked me in my own room! Seriously! Well not attack in terms of you know, attack but it actually jumped into my room. Yes! Jumped! I believe he was coming from the roof which is just outside of my window and he came through it. Last few days I've heard some noises coming from the roof. Thought it might be a mouse or something is up there. Didn't bother much because it was just up there. But he really scared the shit out of me! The size? Well... not so big. Medium size I would say. Size half of a normal grown ups palm. Should never open the last window again..

Setakat Equipment Saja Hebat... Tak Payah Lah...

beberapa hari yang lepas aku bertandang ke rumah seorang rakan aku ni sempena dengan majlis pertunangan beliau. tahniah diucapkan. aku dan iera sampai agak lewat, dalam pukul 3+ memandangkan aku ada exam pagi tu dan ditambah dengan sesaknya jalan dekat mrr2. walaupun lewat, kami sempat jugaklah menjamah hidangan yang disediakan. tak malu betul. sampai-sampai terus makan. haha! bukan lah masuk rumah terus makan. of course la jumpa dulu dengan tuan puan rumah serta pasangan yang diraikan. sembang-sembang, baru lah kitorang makan.

perut dah kenyang + letih sebab makan banyak sangat. duduk lah berborak semasa kitorang. ada lagi kawan-kawan yang datang. dalam duk borak-borak tu, aku notice lah photographer sorang ni. ok lah not bad la the equipment. 2 camera. satu FX satu lagi DX tak salah aku. nikon. lens macam f/2.8. macam lah. speedlight pon ada sampai 3-4. dia ni suka main lighting la kot kalau dah speedlight pon ada banyak. siap dengan tripod lagi untuk speedlight tu. tengok gaya dia ambil gambar pon memang macam professional. aku masa tu bawak lah camera D90 aku ni. nak ambil gambar kawan-kawan la katakan. dulu masa belajar, ke hulur-hilir aku usung D40x aku tu. lepas rosak, aku dah tak ada camera nak bawak ke hulur-hilir. baru lah sekarang ni aku ada peluang. hehe!

sesi bergambar famili sebelah lelaki mula dulu sebab diorang nak kena beredar dah. lepas tu baru la sebelah perempuan. akhir sekali baru lah dengan kawan-kawan dan sesi bergambar pasangan bertunang lah of course. dalam pukul 5+ aku dan iera pon balik lah. kitorang tak boleh lama-lama dekat situ sebab iera ada majlis yang lain dia nak kena attend malam tu.

beberapa hari kemudian, aku ditag dalam facebook. gambar lah. aku pon tengok lah siapa lah yang tag aku gambar ni. sebelum ni ramai ja orang tag gambar yang entah apa-apa, aku terus remove. buat semak page aku ja. aku pon tengok lah gambar tu, rupanya gambar majlis bertunang hari tu. ada la jugak muka aku ni ha. haha! aku pon browse lah satu album. semua gambar diambil oleh photographer haritu lah. aku rasa pelik. sebab bila aku tengok betul-betul semua gambar tu, quality tak lah bagus mana pon. bukan lah aku nak kutuk, ni sekadar pandangan aku ja. aku pon bukanlah professional. yang aku peliknya, equipment dia memang dah pro. pakai FX camera, speedlight merata-rata, senang kata memang pro lah equipment tapi quality gambar macam orang snap pakai point-and-shoot camera. aku tak paham. apa motif dia guna semua gadget canggih-canggih semua tu. sekadar untuk tatapan orang ramai yang semata-mata nak tunjuk dia ada semua tu? atau nak tunjuk kononnya dia professional? come on lah.. dalam dunia photography, kalau kau ada lens beratus ribu pon tapi tak ada 'the eye of photography' baik kau simpan je semua tu. tak pon habuan puaskan diri sendiri.

serius. aku bukannya tulis sebab jeles dengan equipment tapi aku muak dengan perangai dia yang macam tu. dalam dunia ni memang ada orang macam ni, tapi ni pertama kali aku tengok dengan biji mata aku sendiri. aku tak nak la kata banyak-banyak pasal mamat ni. aku cuma harap lepas ni kalau dia ada ambil gambar untuk wedding ke ape ke, hopefully better lah image quality dia berbanding dengan sekarang.

p/s: kalau dia guna 1 camera + 1 speedlight pon aku dah respect dia..

Perjalanan Aidiladha

alhamdulillah selamat sudah kita mengerjakan ibadat aidiladha dan korban walaupun aku tak buat korban tahun ni. rutin harini macam hari raya aidilfitri jugak lah bagi keluarga aku. pagi pukul 8.30 dah ada dekat masjid, bersedia untuk menunaikan solat aidiladha. sebelum start, macam biasa lah ahli jawatan kuasa masjid akan mengingatkan jemaah tentang cara-cara solat hari raya. sama seperti aidilfitri. maklumlah, bukan selalu kita solat hari raya. setahun sekali dua ja.

habis ja solat, kitorang pon balik rumah - breakfast apa semua then get ready nak pergi beraya. haaa.. kitorang pergi beraya rumah ke rumah masa aidiladha ni. tapi sebelum tu, kitorang snap lah beberapa photo family sempena hari raya aidiladha ni. dari subang kitorang bertolak ke bandar enstek, rumah mentua kakak aku. banyak lah jugak aku makan dekat sana. nasi berlauk + bihun goreng + udang. dah habis makan, yang elders sembang sesama diorang - aku tido dekat sofa depan. haha! mana tak tidonya. perut dah kenyang + sofa lembut. memang aku jalan dulu lah. tapi tak la lentok sangat kot. kira still sopan lah aku tido.

then dari bandar enstek kitorang headed to bandar baru bangi. rumah uncle aku. dia ajak pergi umah dia so kitorang pon pergi lah. dapat pulak jumpa anak saudara aku yang comel! aryssa! banyak jugak la aku snap gambar dia duk main dengan toiletries mak aku. haha! then makan lagi. berapa banyak kali nak makan lah. nasi pulak tu. tak apa lah. dah orang jemput, kita pon makan je la.

lepas dari bangi, kitorang ke keramat pulak. rumah ayah abang ipar aku. situ pon pekana nasi + kari daging korban. perggh~ fresh meat orang kata. memang 2 kali jugak lah aku tambah nasi. haha! sembang-sembang sikit, then kitorang meneruskan perjalanan ke gombak pulak. rumah auntie belah ayah aku. sampai situ dah petang dalam pukul 6+. maghrib berjemaah siap-siap. then balik lah. sebelum balik tu sempat la pekena nasi himpit lagi. haha! memang makan ja kerja kitorang harini pon. memang kena exercise lah lepas ni. futsal! bila la aku nak dapat main futsal lagi. dah berapa minggu tak main dah nih.

dah baca topik di atas? sure korang tau aku aku tulis pasal apa kan? ok, so baru-baru ni aku ada tengok status facebook kawan-kawan aku dan terserempak lah dengan satu status ni pasal klcc. so aku pon macam, ada apa dengan klcc? orang terjun dari skybridge ke? atau ada bom macam dulu pernah ada kes panggilan ada bom dalam klcc yang menyebabkan beribu-ribu orang terpaksa turun dari klcc guna tangga.

so dalam duk baca komen dari kawan-kawan dia dekat status tu, ada seorang member mentioned pasal cium mulut depan pavilion. hurm.. menarik ja bunyi. aku pon google lah pasal benda tu dan dapat satu link video. sepasangan couple yang kononnya bergaduh lah sebab si girlfriend tu pilih nak pergi klcc instead of ikut dia. sort of. then mamat tu nak break up dengan dia sebab tak mau ikut dia. wth? bodoh gila reason nak break up. dalam duk merajuk-merajuk tetiba ja mamat tu tengok minah ni, minah ni pon tengok mamat nih, terus adegan cium menyium berlaku. dekat public? seberang butik LV pulak tu.

memang drama habis lah. kereta semua duk hon-hon yang apa kes mamat dengan minah ni duk cium depan orang ramai. ingat dekat amerika ka? funny. member mamat tu last-last cakap, "macam dekat new york bai.." new york your shit! bodoh apa duk cium depan public. tak dak manner ka? kalau ya ada pon, ingat hangpa tu laki bini ka nk beraksi lucah depan orang ramai? memang tak ada pendirian langsung. aku bet, video tu sekarang dah jadi isu hangat dekat malaysia ni. dah berpuluh-puluh blog tulis pasal video tu. cuma aku tak pasti sama ada isu ni akan keluar paper. kemungkinan besar ada. lagi-lagi harian metro. uihhhhh.. diorang memang suka kalau ada kes yang panas macam ni. lagi ramai orang yang nak beli produk diorang. tv news? itu aku tak sure. we'll just see.

aku rasa lah. kalau parents minah tu or mamat tu ada tengok video ni, macam mana la perasaan diorang? anak berkelakuan macam ni, yang cukup memalukan malah ditonton oleh beribu-ribu orang. kecewa-kecewa. mana la nak letak muka. aku bet, minah tu sure trauma. kalau dah member-member sendiri tengok kelakuan dia macam tu. mana la nak letak muka. itu lah, bila nak buat sesuatu pikir dulu akibat. bodoh!

sayonara, good bye, selamat tinggal dan segala ungkapan yang membawa maksud yang sama diucapkan kepada telefon bimbit aku yang baru saja dijual kepada orang yang tidak dikenali - online. betul tu, aku jual telefon tu online sebab cara tu yang paling senang dan cepat untuk dapat pembeli. dalam masa 1-2 jam upload info pasal telefon tu, bertalu-talu email aku dapat tanya pasal best price. aku offer tak lah mahal mana pon. 3 no je.

dah 7 bulan aku guna telefon tu. bukannya tak best, memang lah best sebab ada 16gb storage, capacitive touch screen, 5mp camera and so on. tapi aku macam dah tawar hati dekat telefon tu (macam bercinta lah pulak). so aku decide untuk jual dan alhamdulillah ada pembeli.

lepas ni aku dah tak rasa nak guna telefon yang canggih-canggih yang high-end dengan social network, internet mobile and so on lah. pendek cerita, smartphone lah. setakat boleh sms dan call pon dah jadi bagi aku. nak social networking apa ke semua boleh dibuat dekat pc. okeh! now masa untuk tido. aku tatau boleh tido ke tak sekarang ni sebab petang tadi dah selamat tido masa hujan. LOL!

i wanted to go to the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIM) 2010 because there will be a BATMOBILE there! Seriously! How often can you see a Batmobile LIVE, with your two naked eye balls and you can touch it with your hands (not sure if can touch or not) ? The event will be held at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) from 3rd - 12th December 2010. The ticket would be RM20+ for adults (weekdays & weekends) but there's a special price for students on weekdays if i'm not mistaken. Check out the website for more info.

Baru-baru ini aku ada terbaca sebuah artikel mengenai cadangan kerajaan ingin menjadikan Malaysia sebagai hub industri hiburan antarabangsa. Untuk merealisasikan hasrat berkenaan, maka dicadang untuk menubuhkan beberapa lagi kelab malam dan juga spa untuk menarik pelancongan asing dan artis luar negara terutamanya, datang ke negara ini.

Soalan aku - kenapa ingin menjadikan hiburan sebagai jalan untuk menjana ekonomi negara? Lebih-lebih lagi hiburan yang menjurus ke jalan kesesatan. Tidak cukupkah dengan kelab-kelab malam yang sedia ada di negara ini yang sudah kita maklum menyesatkan akhlak remaja kita terutamanya umat Islam. Aku mengaku aku bukanlah warak sangat dalam bab agama tapi aku tahu lah juga mana batas halal dan haram dalam Islam. Kenapa negara kita boleh jadi macam ini? Tidak Islamkah pemimpin kita? Kenapa perlu mengikut jejak langkah negara-negara barat yang majoritinya bukan beragama Islam?

Bila aku baca artikel itu, aku kecewa dan sedih sangat. Sedih dengan pemikiran dan pandangan pemimpin kita pada masa ini. Cukup-cukuplah dengan anak-anak remaja kita yang dah sesat sekarang ini. Janganlah pula disesatkan kesemuanya. Kenapa bukan garis panduan Islam yang diikut untuk memajukan ekonomi negara. Banyak lagi cara yang boleh dibuat selain dari industri hiburan. Perlanconngan, sukan dan sebagainya. Dimanakah suara menteri yang kononnya dulu nak memajukan budaya kita - tak mahu budaya luar diagung-agungkan sehinggakan hampir semua jenis hiburan yang datang dari luar ditapis bagai nak rak. Dimanakah dia? Aku tak mahu nyatakan siapa dia. Bagi siapa yang tahu, tahulah.

THE ULTIMATE FOOD CHALLENGE

Baru-baru ni aku bertandang ke Sunway Pyramid untuk makan malam sebelum aku bertolak ke Shah Alam untuk tengok satu konsert ni. Sampai saja situ, Iera nak withdraw some cash jadi kitorang pon pergi lah ATM dekat center court. Nak dekat sampai area center court, aku nampak orang ramai duk bertenggek tengok bawah. Aku pon hairan kenapa ramai sangat. aku pon pergi la sibuk-sibuk nak tengok juga. Tengok-tengok, ada satu event - The Ultimate Food Challenge. Bunyi dah macam menarik.

Dalam pikiran aku, mana-mana challenge yang berkaitan dengan makanan sama saja rules dia - makan sampai habis mengikut masa yang terpantas. Then kitorang pon turun lah nak tengok lebih lagi. Ada dalam 20 peserta daftar untuk challenge tu. Mula-mula aku ingatkan diorang kena makan burger ke, pizza ke dalam amount yang banyak. last-last aku dapat tau diorang kena makan 12 cupcakes. Alaaa, bukan lah 'ultimate' mana pon. Macam tak kena dengan nama tu. Sepatutnya letak 'The Ultimate Cupcake Challenge'. Hadiah? Dapat supply cupcakes for a year (12 cupcakes per month) sponsored by cupcake chics. Ok lah the prize, tapi still nama tak sesuai lah bagi aku. haha!

Semalam aku dan Iera turun ke KL dengan tujuan untuk tangkap gambar pemandangan dan juga gelagat-gelagat masayarakat Malaysia ni. kitorang gerak agak lewat sebenarnya. pukul 10.30 pagi baru kitorang bertolak dari Seri Kembangan ke stesen LRT. memang dah cadang tak nak bawa kereta sebab dalam town KL tu paham-paham sajalah parking dia macam mana. sejam dah RM3 – RM4, kitorang ni nak round sana lebih dari sejam. so the best solution is by using public transportation which is LRT. tapi kalau ikutkan, bukanlah solution sangat kalau naik LRT sebab aku tetiba terasa mahal pulak. setiap destination nak kena keluarkan duit dari poket - kalau bawa kereta, minyak dah isi siap-siap so taklah nak rasa mahal sangat. hehehe!

Anyway, kitorang park dekat parking Menara TM dan naik LRT dekat stesen Kerinchi terus ke KL Sentral, sebelum transit ke Bukit Bintang dengan menaiki Monorail. dah lama aku tak naik dua benda tu. bila masuk ja gerabak tu, punya lah sesak dengan orang. macam-macam jenis orang ada dalam tu. dari yang budak kecik duk belari-lari, remaja yang baru lepas PMR, ibu mengandung sampailah ke pasangan warga emas yang berpegang tangan (sweet gitu~). so masa aku dalam Monorail tu, aku nampaklah beberapa orang remaja ni. gamaknya baru lepas PMR la kot - keluar nak enjoy dengan kawan-kawan. diorang duduk dekat kerusi yang disedikan lah. korang paham-paham sendiri lah betapa kecilnya gerabak Monorail tu dan betapa limitednya tempat duduk dalam tu. ditambah pula dengan orang yang ramai dan berhimpit-himpit semua orang.

Aku pon tengok-tengoklah keliling aku ada orang tua, ibu mengandung semua ni terpaksa berdiri sebab dah tak ada tempat duduk. aku pun terpaksa lah berdiri sebab memang tak ada tempat nak duduk dah. yang budak-budak ni boleh pula buat bodoh ja tengok seorang ibu mengandung ni. bukannya nak bagi dia tu duduk ke ape ke. diorang tak fikir ke betapa beratnya nak usung perut ke sana ke sini? walaupun aku tak merasainya sendiri, tapi boleh agak lah. lepas tu, ada pula seorang perempuan foreigner dari Jepun (kalau tak salah lah based on rupa dia) dalam lingkungan 40-an ke 50-an bangun, dan bagi ibu mengandung ni duduk. come on lah. orang luar boleh rasa sensitif terhadap orang kita, tapi orang kita? aku tak paham betul dengan orang sekarang ni especially remaja. perasaan marah tu memang ada tapi takkan nak marah anak orang tak tentu pasal dekat public. nanti kang orang kata aku ni gila pula.

Ada lah sedikit rasa kecewa dengan perangai orang kita sekarang nih. berubah lah wahai orang Malaysia. sampai bila kita nak jadi macam ni?

Baru-baru ni aku bertandang ke Bandar Enstek, Sepang atas jemputan perkahwinan sepasang kekasih yang telah 8 tahun bercouple. lama tu 8 tahun. aku pon baru 3 tahun. majlis tersebut adalah majlis di pihak sebelah lelaki. pihak perempuan dah buat majlis 3 minggu yang lepas di Alor Setar, Kedah. Pasangan kekasih yang aku maksudkan ni adalah kakak dan abang ipar aku sendiri. Aku dah ada abang ipar woo! Iyalah, 22 tahun aku hidup sebagai lelaki tunggal dalam keluarga (kecuali ayah aku lah), nak juga rasa ada abang.

Seramai lebih kurang 40 orang wakil dari pihak keluarga pengantin perempuan menghadiri majlis ini yang berlangsung di rumah keluarga pengantin lelaki. apa-apa pun aku kena komen dulu pasal makanan. ayam goreng berempah dia memang terbaik wa bagitau lu! dari luar khemah dah boleh bau. bila keluarga pengantin perempuan sampai, pasangan pengantin keluar dari rumah setelah bersiap dan masuk ke dalam rumah bersebelahan untuk duduk diatas pelamin yang telah disediakan. upacara merenjis pengantin diadakan bagi kedua-dua belah keluarga. dah habis renjis baling bunga air mawar apa semua, pengantin pun diarak ke meja santapan untuk menjamu selera bersama keluarga dah juga sahabat handai.

Selesai sudah majlis santapan pengantin, tiba pula upacara memotong dan menyuap kek. macam-macam adegan ada masa tu. pihak keluarga pengantin perempuan yang terkenal dengan celotehnya mula lah suruh pasangan pengantin suap macam tu lah, macam ni lah, gigit jari lah dan macam-macam lagi. keluarga pengantin perempuan mula membuka langkah untuk beredar apabila waktu sudah mula petang. lebih kurang pukul 4 kami semua beredar dari rumah keluarga pengantin ke rumah saudara yang juga tinggal di kawasan yang sama.

Masa nak gerak balik dari rumah saudara tu, kedengaran lah juga bunyi-bunyi enjin motor sempena grand prix dekat Sepang. hari tu Sabtu jadi masa tu baru pusingan kelayakkan. race day esok. kira nasib baik juga lah tak bertembung hari dengan kenduri. kalau tak memang confirm lah ramai gila orang dekat litar Sepang tu. tapi hari tu memang panas sangat. berpeluh satu badan. keluar dari Sepang, aku dengan Iera terus ke Seri Kembangan untuk menghadiri majlis rumah terbuka seorang kawan. penat, mengantuk semua ada. orang dah jemput, kita datang saja lah. kalau tak datang nanti kena lable sombong. hehe!

“BARU SAMPAI KE?”

Happy! tulah perasaan aku pada masa ni. sebab apa? setelah 7 bulan aku menyepi tanpa kamera, tapi kali ni aku boleh senyum lebar sebab aku dah ada yang baru! iyalah, 7 bulan tu bagi aku satu tempoh yang memang panjang kalau selama ni asyik selalu pegang, tekan ja kamera tapi tiba-tiba terpaksa berjauhan pulak dengan dia. memang akan ada orang yang kata, “ala..kamera je pon. nak sedih-sedih apasal?” betul. memang kamera je. tapi bagi orang yang minat dalam fotografi, kamera adalah segalanya dan jauh lebih penting dari handphone. betul ke apa aku kate ni? entahlah. tapi apa-apa pon, yang penting aku dah berjaya dapatkan satu yang baru. setelah berbulan-bulan menungguh, akhirnya aku buat keputusan untuk beli satu (girlfriend aku pon beli satu). aku dapatkan Nikon D90. aku taklah nak ambil yang terbaru atau tercanggih sebab aku bukanlah buat duit dengan kamera. so aku aku yang mid-level saja. aku lebih minat dengan street photgraphy sebab bagi aku dengan street photography aku dapat tengok macam-macam ragam orang. dari berlainan agama, bangsa dan lain-lain. pada asalnya aku nak angkut D7000, walaupun belum keluar lagi dipasaran tapi spec dia memang terbaik dari kelompok kamera mid-level. tapi bila difikirkan balik, buat apa nak yang canggih sangat. D90 ni pon dah cukup canggih bagi level yang macam aku ni. ada jugak aku baca-baca dalam forum dan facebook pasal D7000. sesetengah orang kata kalau orang yang dah ada D80 atau D90, tak payahlah habiskan duit beli D7000. betul, aku setuju dengan sesetengah orang yang berpendapat sedemikian. bukannya nak menghalang atau melarang untuk beli, cuma berpada-pada lah bila membeli sebab kalau dibandingkan D90 dengan D7000, bezanya tak banyak sangat. mungkin akan ada yang kurang setuju dengan pendapat aku. aku tak kisah. itu pendapat masing-masing. apa-apa pun, aku dah cukup happy dengan D90 aku ni, dan weekend ni aku akan mulakan street photography aku di kota Kuala Lumpur. aku juga akan vlog masa sesi bergambar itu. jadi nantikan vlog aku yang akan datang tak lama lagi. hehe!

It has been years since the last time I watched a play at Istana Budaya. If I'm not mistaken it was Puteri Gunung Ledang the Musical. Yesterday, I had a chance to catch another one - Tun Mahathir the Musical. It was a good show. Well potrayed by the actors. However, there're a few scene that in my opinion didn't have a kick to the whole play even though it is really informational. The play has been extended to 9th Oct 2010 which the original date was only until 4th Oct 2010.

HUSH PUPPIES VS. SONY

So today me and Iera went to Sony Centre at the Curve to pick up my one and half month hospitalized Sony Bloggie that had to be there due to pixel problem. Thank god, they have ‘fixed it’. Actually they didn’t fix it by changing the problematic part of the device, instead they changed the whole set; meaning they gave me a whole new set. What?! It is way much easier job for them really. Maybe they can’t fix it by just changing the part so why don’t just give a new one right? Now I’m happy that I can use it to vlog everyday (not really…).

Later we went to center court of the mall and saw a shoes fair. Honestly I just can’t believe my eyes. There’re some branded shoes and the one the attracted me the most is the Hush Puppies shoes that cost between RM100-RM200. Can you believe that? Hush Puppies shoes with that kind of price. It is insanely cheap. I found the one that one wanted so decided to buy one but unfortunately there was no more stock for my size :( It was really a great shoes and comfortable too. Just not my luck.

Just a quick update here. I have just started writing a script for my upcoming or shall I say my first ever short video (short). It has not yet completed (still in the first draft) because there are some improvements that I need to make so that it will look more interesting.
